Evan I truly am at a loss as to what to write at this time. TYE did apologize as you ask, and I am sure syldia seen that no disrespect
was meant. A number of leads to used Excalibur's have been given him with no response from him.

I hope you will change your mind about leaving the forum, but we all make mistake's as we are all human. Let it pass and stick around.... :D

Tye made a joke that may have been in bad taste. He said sorry, thats the end of it. What do you want the guy to do, leave the forum? Before this issue turns into a pissing match why not wait and see what Syldia has to say.

You can just erase any material which some feel is/was offensive with the EDIT feature. It's better than all this girlie purse throwing at each other.

...and now, it's my ball and I don't want to play with you boys anymore! You're being mean with me and I'm going home! Boohoo!

Jee wizz I better just quit posting if I'm gonna keep digging myself a hole...

Sorry about this guys, didn't mean to start a conflict. I'll have you know I'm probably one of the nicest guys around, I would do anything for anyone, but I like to pitch jokes around, and maybe they might be a little harsh.... but I mean no harm by them.

FFS, this is sounding like a soap opera. "He said that she said....." Come on guys, let it die before Bill T is forced to make a realtree Excalibur purse for this year's hunt.

A real tree purse would go great with the camo lingere I saw at Carras Outdoors on the weekend. Should pick some up for my wife and get her to wear it while we're in the stand. On second thought, bad idea. I wouldn't be concentrating on hunting  .

I agree, Tye appologized and that should be the end of it. If anyone wants to get offended and leave the forum (even though the comment was not directed at them), so be it. There's the door!

I agree with Evan the comment was uncalled for. We all make mistakes and don't need it pointed out in front of the entire forum.

Tye I thought it was funny also. People are just too sensitive now days. Too bad you had to loose your backbone and apologize. It was clearly meant in humor, dont back down to the PC bullies, be yourself and be a man. Remember, its not your job to please everyone, if someone has a problem with what you say, thats THEIR problem, not yours.

In this case TYE you lost no BACKBONE and did what was right. Every one don't read a post the way it was meant and you did the right thing by saying you were sorry, sure nothing wrong about that.... :D

Okay.

Furor is right in a sense though. I spend too much time trying to make everyone else happy in life, rather than myself.

Well TYE thats a good thing, set back and think about what you do for others....Making others happy or feeling good must be good for you or you would not do it.

Okay folks. TYE appologized and has removed the comment. Let this thread die or somebody "cast the first stone".
