Got Him

Post by Golden Eagle »

Got him tonight at 6:30. 20 inch 9 point. [Outside] Bow did its job and wow, them slicktricks. Shot him at 25 yards and he run 35 and dropped over and kicked down over the hill onto a bench. Was dead in 3 minutes. Double lunged him. The third week has been good to me the last couple of years.

That's a beauti buck, for Pennsylvania. That QDM seems to be working there heh ? I'm getting serious about Xbow hunting on Wednesday, even though I'm on holidays tomorrow. Finishing up building doors for my garden shed, then I'm off. Hopefully I'll get one that size. I've got pictures of a Ruffled Grouse, and Boar hunt I'll send all together.

I also see you got a Polaris Xplorer, is it a 250, or 400cc ? I almost bought a 250cc 4X4 Xplorer, a couple weeks ago. He sold it when I was chicken (Grouse) hunting, but he still has a 400cc for sale. Are they a reliable and dependable ATV ? And how do you like it so far ? Much appreciate your reviews.
