portabile treestands

I was looking at some tree stands at Le Baron. Thay have a couple of lite portable ones -" Gorilla Expedition Hunter" & " Rvers Edge Lite Foot"
Anyone have used these ? - pros & cons?

hey climbrman find you a nice tree climber even if you dont find a tree to climb you can climb a tree and still set it up but if you do find a climbing tree your set.......I have a lonewolf I pack it in and I love it..its 18 pound quite strong cant say enoug about it..spend a few more dollars and get you a good stand for life..

I checked out those Lone wolfs, I like the 8.5# nice. $$$ .They are on back order till mid Dec. I may get one for next year. Assum quality!

Hikerman I let my buddy use mine this morn Im kind grounded right now do to a knee that is not cooperating..However he thinks its awsome. he said he loved it..the best climber hes used..I love mine and you will too..hold out for one and youll own it for life..

My buddy shot a doe this morn from it..sweet...

Carra's Outdoors, in Burlington, was selling some for $50, and he takes CT money. Give him a shout and see if he still has them on for that price. I can't remember what brand they were.

I use a grandslam extreme. It weighs 21 lbs and is a bit bulkier than a lone wolf but I would put the comfort of this stand against any. I can st for hours and it has a nice shooting rail for the crossbow.
