EYE GLASSES

Post by cuda45 »

does any-body have a trick on keeping your eye glasses from fogging up?

They only fog up when I where my face mask,so i put my mask on first then I put on my glasses over my face mask.

I'm worried the deer will see the glare of the steal frame?

I use ani-fog lens cleaner from an optitian and it works OK, when I'm out a drop of liquid soap and rub clean with a rag or kleenex gets the job done.

I only wear my face mask when I'm on the ground. I too wear glasses and found that for deer and duck hunting I just keep my head down and the brim of my hat will hide most of the glasses until I'm ready to shoot.

CONTACT LENSES!!! I found that when I switched to contact lenses I could see more. No fogging, no rain or snow, no glare. You get your peripheral vision back, a huge benefit when hunting. You can pick up movement that otherwise might have been blocked by your frames(blindspots). If I could afford it laser surgery would be the next step.

Dish soap works but I find thw best thing is don,t let yourself overheat. If you do cool down before putting on fask mask.
