Saying goodbye

Post by Isis »

Sorry to hear about your loss Chris, I have been there a few times myself
and it never gets any easier.
I am posting something I have had for a long time. I think it really nice.
It always gets to me every time I read it. Hope it brings you some comfort.

Thanks guys!!! Today was pretty tough. Was NOT into work at all today. I just couldn't focus. Leaving this morning without saying "see ya buddy, you be a good boy", and then when I got home there was no smile, no slobbery kiss, just quiet. Although, I can hear his bark, and the clicking of his nails as he walks across the floor.

Chris,

Sorry to hear about Dozer. He was a good watch dog, always announcing to to world that I was stopped in front of your house at some rediculous hour of the morning for a hunt. He was a sweet dog, all bark and no bite :) .
I hunt for memories, the meat's a bonus!
