lots of possum in kansas ,,,they will bite,also they will play possum, they will play like they are dead but when you are not lookin they will get up & run away.

h.j.,,,,,when i was aboy we used to go possum hunting ,skin them & sell their hides.
they say he is still up there.

I've almost whacked a couple with the car. One I'm sure I took the skin off his nose. Never seen one outside of the night.

I had a few run-in's with them on neighbor's property. They are down right nasty when they don't like you!! Hissin', screechin', fang's showing, cutest things eh! :roll:
In the end I had to to get rid of them my way!! :twisted:
No little Possum's gonna make me look Bad!

Yea that's what the MNR told me too but I heard the MNR released them in Southern Ontario to control the turkey population (not sure if it's true or not).
What I do know is Possum's are big egg eaters.
