I think he swung it at a tree in frustration and broke the stock and then cut the damaged parts off. If the main frame isn't damaged the cost with a replacement stock would end up being $180 plus shipping. Not a bad price but I wouldn't want it.

I've owned Excaliburs for years...this is the first Exomag that I've heard of that is 150lbs draw weight. This guy hasn't even a clue about crossbows :roll: Like Scott (Sax) says, God only knows what other abuse this once piece of art has sustained. :shock:

Just remembered this thread and went back to see what the uniquely modified Exomag finally sold for.
At least if I ever destroy my Excalibur I can auction it off on eBay and still recover most of my money!
