RJ, if you could put that much fun in a bottle and sell it, youd be rich. Man those are some awesome photos but even better hunts.

Awesome pics there RJ. Those were very cool, felt like I was there with ya. Great stories as well.

Thanks all ...

Yep we had a fun day ... covered a lot of ground and the pictures turned out pretty cool ... I was just in the right spot at the right time ..

We didn't communicate by radio ... Steve took a mental note of the elevation of the field before he started the stalk ... He noted the deer were mid way up on the second rise .. and they didn't move far from that spot as he completed the stalk ..

As for the camera ... it's the same Pentax K100D I have been shooting for awhile ...

Not so much the camera skills as it is the number of shots I took ..

I took 207 frames to approve the 20 frames I posted ! That's one good thing about the digital !

We have a growing number of forum members posting pictures now ... It's great to see all the cool field shots ! ( keep em coming ! )

Sandman got a cool picture of a six point buck under my tree one day when we were hunting together and I didn't bring my camera ... He is turning into quite the camera buff as well ...

The we have chris4570 , ecoaster and many others turning out awsome photo's that cronical their adventures in the field ...

I still have not got my PC hooked up at the farm ... hopefully will get some more cool shots over the Christmas holidays and post again then ..

Good luck to all that plan on chasing Whitetails over the next 28 days !

RJ you never cease to amaze me with your talent for taking pictures.

I am the worlds worst photographer!

I can't even make the point and shoots work.

Mike P : ... Now there is a talent / skill ! ... your short stories are amazing !

I take lots of pic's as visual aids cause a picture is worth 1000 words ... my gramma and writing abilities are lacking !
