yes there is lots of turkeys around Minden and a few in Haliburton , but i live about 20 mins the other side of Haliburton from Minden & i have only seen 2 turkeys in the 3 years i have lived here 7 they were hens i live in Tory Hill some people have a few comming to there yard in the winter to eat but not very many, i work with a guy from Minden and he says he has turkeys comming into his back yard every day, so i might just have to visit him , hehehe. :D

My friend is in the Moore falls area and we have seen lots of turkeys in the area guess they have not made it to Wilberforce I spent a few years there on Clement lake.
