Most public land in these parts do not allow ATV use or I would be all over it.
I own a cart, but most attempts to use it should end up on America's Funniest Home Videos. Imagine all that can go wrong going up or down a 45 degree slope with a 200# deer on wheels. Until they invent a cart with brakes, its a non-starter where I hunt.
