What happens with the thumb hole stocked bows is that guys will separate the stock from the bow at the front only which bends the trigger back. Big John just ran into that last week with a bow he got from an archery shop and I had someone do it to their bow when they sent me their trigger unit.
The rear of the stock should always be pulled away first or work the whole stock off a little at a time.
