Yep > Picture of Leon pulling into the field , his dog track / training > and that picture with Chris / Vic / Jim is a keeper .... Awsome end of the season shots !The group of friends in the pictures. That's where the memories are made.
Yep > I like the layers / and snow camo for end of season .... Often carry my insulated coveralls in and suit up at the stand site to prevent overheating .Those are some nice cold weather hunting duds you've got on. That's the way I dress for late season too.
Actually , MY BD is Jan 1st > Just after midnight , there is always a party around somewhere !Happy Birthday, you and my wife share the same day, December 31
I actually arrowed that doe quartering to me .... Not a recommended shot but I was confident I could stip an arrow into the right spot .Was the deer moving when you shot? Did you use the side reticle in the scope when you did it? I have tried to shoot game on the move a couple of times but it just feels wrong not having the crosshairs on them. Both times i ended up putting the crosshairs on them but what i thought was forward. Missed both
So im interested!
