here is what i found out. called cfc, they directed me to cbsa called them and the lady told me as long as the crossbow can't be held in one hand and shot and looked like a pistol. there is no problem bring a excalibur crossbow across the border . but have to pay the hst at the border, on the price of the bow. regards derf

I was told it was duty I had to pay but the amount works out to HST so that's what it must have been
