The only way to get proper butchering is to do it yourself it is worth the back fatigue good job sir .

Congrats on your opening day success! I still have 3 weeks to wait for our opener here. :)

It usually takes me about a week to completely work up a deer, doing it in the evenings after I get home from work. I finished mine Saturday morning. Yesterday when I was hunting I had does 2 different times at 16 yards, broadside, completely oblivious to my presence. I started to drop the hammer on them but kept thinking, "Do you really want to start working another one up, considering you just got done with the other one yesterday?" :lol:
