great shot mike! I guess shooting indoors keeps any neighbors or friends that know you from just walking in without knocking or yelling first!

Re: Have to share this.
At first I thought it was a picture of an arrow in flight, then I noticed the attached tripod.
I agree that you could use more KE down range.
That truly is one sweet stock!!

Re: Have to share this.
Thanks Dave. Thought with all the bloody thumbs showing up on forums it would help to add a little obstruction to save them. The main thing is Scott Benek likes it and thats what matters most.
I have decided because I hear a lot that owners of my stocks don't want to take it out in the woods so I'm going to add that if any scratches happen just pay for the shipping and I'll do my best to work them out. that finish is waterproof and mostly in the wood. Its the best finish that I've found.

Re: Have to share this.
I've taken mine out in the woods for two seasons now . . .rain and all. The finish is hard as nails.
It looks brand new.
I have no problems using the stock as it was intended to be used and loving every minute of it.

Re: Have to share this.
That is a great looking stock!
Must be discouraging to get old and forgetful, though.
Don't worry, it happens as we age (at least that's MY excuse).
A few weeks back I made a trip to check my game cam and fill my feeder. I checked the camera first and left it off while I checked the feeder. Got the feeder filled and headed for home. A couple days later I was shocked to see my camera setting on top of the security box when I arrived to check it.
I have been careful to not let that happen again!
Sunday I took my son with me to check the camera and fill the feeder. He wanted to shoot the landowner's new 20 ga Savage bolt action shotgun to see if he could handle it. (The landowner told him he could use it for the early "youth" gun season) The landowner was not home, but the tractor was not home either, so we figured he was out on it. We got to the feeder and I pulled and turned the camera off so I could check the feeder. Then we heard the tractor in the distance, so I told my son to go ahead and walk over and ask the landowner about shooting the shotgun. Got the feeder filled and the landowner and my son were coming across the food plot, so I walked over to see what the plans were. They were going back to the house and get the shotgun, so I walked to the range and set up some targets.
My son did great with the shotgun, even the 3" magnum loads!
This morning I decided to check the camera, and you probably guessed it already - there it was, on the ground next to the open security box.

Wabi, sometimes you got to just step back and laugh about it. I needed to shoot something anyway.
