I am wondering why I am having trouble as well . 2 of my buddies say they damn near bend the arrows trying to get them out . Seems like I sneeze and I am missing another arrow . Will take a picture of my gripper and compare to the one posted here .

I had the same problem with my old excalibur quiver. I was always reaching back with my hand to make sure all 4 bolts were still there. Lost a few bolts but found them after back tracking. No problem with the quiver I purchased this past summer. Bolts are really tight.
