I would say. Limbs break but usually from user error. Maybe it was expised to heat during shipping. Whatever it was doesn't matter Excalibur will make it right. Enjoy the new one when it arrives.

I've got 3 hundred shots on mine and not a problem of any kind I can't figure why so many people are having bad luck with theirs ?

Only once since joining this forum in 06 was there a post regarding a Excalibur limb breaking. It was on a moose hunt and the owner hunted in the rain one day and dryed his Excalibur too close to the wood stove and the next day it broke from the heat stress.

I think the 0.01% is going to rise after the matrix, My issues to date are:
slight bur on the string catch was eating servings, used emery cloth to smooth, Excal replaced a string.
scope looses 0 after 100 or so shots, going to get a better scope or weaver tac rings.
Anti dry fire spring broke, never dry fired it, just happened  Excal stated to me it may have been one of the Older ADFs  I was under the impression it was a new product made for the matrix. they are sending me a new one.
stoppers were torn after a few shots, one almost split through. result... they sent me new set but I am getting Danny to sort me a different set up when his units are ready.
my suggestion is to also get a Boo string, the difference in sound and longevity is day and night.
good luck with your 380, I like the bow a lot, but the little issues let it down, dam shame.

You never filled out any of your profile and a gmail account to boot. Maybe you should have waited on your dealer to get one and set it up.
