I sure would like to see some test of some shooting of the black eagles in .001 vs .003 out to 80yds. an see how they compare for accuracy . I guess i just don,t shoot good enough to see any difference .

Don't worry Frank, doubt you could anyway!

Have people shooting mine out to 80 regularly with both. They are to close to call! Myself, cant tell the difference. Sixty yds., exactly same in my opinion.

Save your money and get the .003's. You can't go wrong.

But. who know's, maybe at 100 yds. you could see a difference, but you couldn't tell anyway. To many things to play with the arrow out that far.

Confidence is a powerful thing. But I have to agree on the 0.003" arras.

Don has said it all, if you're confident in what you're hunting with it shouldn't make a difference. I've shot both with vertical bows but since I shoot a lot of 3 D competitions I try to shoot the straightest arrow I can use without breaking the bank. In my hunting setup I will shoot all my arrows regardless of .001 or .003 to see which ones group the best with a broadhead. These will be my go to arrows when it comes time to fill a tag. Confidence means everything.
