I was impressed by the boltcutter. The deer only went 50 yards and had a good blood trail. I shot a doe two weeks ago with a FOC broadhead and it went 50yds and the trail of blood was unbelievable. I could see the blood spurting as the deer ran. I switched to boltcutter because the FOC were not durable enough. FOC couldn't hold up to target. 1 shot into target and it was damaged. I decided on durability with good blood trail rather than massive trail and less durable. Also the boltcutter has been just as accurate as the expandible. Both did the job but after trying both I prefer the fixed blade.
