Well, I missed last year and don't remember but I may have been one of the grumblers that hated the traffic and full hotels and people. I think it was the year before last that it was so God awful hot that it was just unbearable. It would be much better for Jen and I if it was after the holiday weekend for sure. We might try flying to Toronto and renting a car to get there because we kill a lot of time on the road otherwise. My wife and I really enjoyed meeting all the members and families AND Cali the dog of course. Maybe I can persuade the wife to make the trip. We always have a great time there. And a big thanks to Karen and Don for making this happen again this coming year. It takes a lot of effort to make this thing outing come true. :D

Nope. Not that anyone would tell you before hand anyways. There is a crazy anti social guy that hides out in the long grass. Watch out for him!

Tracey and I will be attending again. And we'll be bringing a new family member.
Cali is having her pups in a few days and we are keeping a male. He will be 7 months at the Boofest time.
As well I'll be setting up a Lumenok display table again.
And bringing a bunch of prizes again. :)
It really is a time for good people to get together and have a blast! 8)

Don and Karen have started a tradition that I hope lasts for a long time. Tracey backs me up on this as well! :D

2nd weekend is definitely better than the holiday weekend for me. I'll try to make my rookie appearance this year. If I make it I'll bring my potato cannon as well. It has a 9 foot barrel, can be shoulder fired and has range of 800 yards.

Pic shows most of it - electronic trigger is missing - it was off for service.

Compressed air - uses a 2 inch pneumatically actuated diaphragm valve. Acutator is a 3/4 inch electrically actuated solenoid valve. Muzzle velocity is about 800 fps.
