Chose the fastest bow you can comfortably cock enough times that will allow you to do what you want to do. If you can cock the 355 4 or 5 times in a row then get it. The faster bow will give you a wider margin of error.
The 330 is far from marginal. If you are not whacking away at targets, then you do not need the REDS but I think the ADF is a great idea.
