looks man made to me also. any rubs I have seen have always had a "shredded look". this one seems to "clean"

I have to agree, I think you have a buddy screwin wit ya!! In all my years I never seen any rub that resembles those, but I have seen some ax work that look's strikingly similar to em,,,, JMO
