FX i see members have pointed out yer crank is the original model. No big thing as you got it slicked up workin fer you. I jus got some free time n hooked up the C2 n put the cheek rest on Kong. C2 clears way good. on mine

It works great and looks great, I just hate I paid for one thing and ended up with another. I remember the box had C2 on it, someone probably ended up mixing them up when messing with the boxes ( I am sure it was an honest mix up - the only two places I have ordered from have been Danny Miller and from Woody's as far as parts go) .... I know I got the two Tac-Pacs from forum members. I dunno what to say there. Oh well, after over 2 years they would not trade it back anyway, no matter that mine is like new. LOL

Anyone want to trade the new style for the old style? LOL

Thanks guys, being a custom computer case modder I am no stranger to the dremel etc. I did go after all this and re-order all the correct items: new Nightmare cheek rest and a C2 crank, just so it would be correct, but the hole would not have lined up using the C2 any better than using the Crankaroo, until I had it bored a few thousandths more. I could have redesigned the cheek rest on both sides to match, but i decided to just order a new one. lol Either way, either crank will work with the matrix and micro models without the cheek rest, the main thing is the crankaroo is just too long along the top to fit with the rest.
