Never seen that on a bow before. Looks like an STD.

Nothing on the outside of either limb yet Mike? Check right limb tip.
Was the sun shining over your right shoulder, or was the right limb in the shade?
Which way was the wind blowing?
Was anyone spraying anything near you?
Are the bubbles hard like normal paint, or are they becoming soft and easy to peel with a fingernail?

might possibly be an oily residue that was on the limb when painted.

I'd send it in rather than chance a failure during season. I'll bet POI doesn't change much even with changing out the limbs.
I've changed limbs on my Phoenix a couple times and it never took more than a very small scope adjustment to get right back to zero.

It took 300 or 400 shots for my first set to fail, hope it don't bite ya with hunting season coming in,,,,, but like most savvy veterans,,,,, you got other options if need be,,,,, shoot er till as long it's telling you thats what it wants to do Mike!! I do,,,,,,

I have limbs on my Mad Max and my Lynx that have hairline cracks in the finish, and even splinter that was removed the Mad Max Limb. Last fall when I got it Danny Miller said send it in and he'd replace em. I'm still shoot'n em and that Mad Max will keep five arrows inside 3/4 inch at 50 yards with no more than .8 fps difference in a 10 shot string,,,,,, sorry but if it's working this good,,, I ain't changing just for look's. If one ever fails or quits shoot'n,,,,,,, that's when I'll send em in,,,, right now I ain't seen one shoot better, so they are stay'n on!!!! With three tic toter assassins in the cave, I got plenty to keep me in the field till replacements come,,,,,if they are ever needed,,,, which I doubt!!!
