Anthony , Cat Whiskers really help on the wide limb bows ! Add a medium to heavy arrow and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised on how it sounds . I picked up a new in the box Exocet this summer and tricked it out and love how it shoots ! Go For it !

Anthony, talk to Danny about an "old style" overbow quiver mount. He had those made up and still has some. I think its the best of the overbow mounts. It attaches to the dovetail where a front sight would ( in fact the vert. part of a front sight is the vert. part of the quiver mount) It stays attached, wont turn, and is light weight. And since its from Danny its reasonably priced.

I shoot an Axiom, which is very similar to the Ibex. The only modification I have made is a Danny Miller Flemish string. Whatever little noise my bow makes has had no effect on the deer I have shot. This year I shot one of a group of 3 does that were feeding 15-20 yards from my stand. The doe I shot and one of the other does trotted off and the third deer continued to feed. I see no reason to trade speed for a few decibels.

I will probably buy a Micro when I feel the limb problems have been solved, but only because I want to have a backup (I have seven shotguns and only one crossbow). My Axiom is plenty of bow and works great out of the stands I use, all of which have a shooting rail.

Anthony; I see in your signature that an IIBEX is listed. Congratulations. Waiting for a report from you.
