As one who has undergone shoulder surgery, your symptoms sound like you have managed to tear your rotator cuff. If you can make it feel better by rubbing your front deltoid muscle (i.e., the front of your shoulder) with your index finger, you most definitely have a tear in your supraspinatus tendon. I had a perforated supraspinatus tendon as well as scar tissue and a bone spur that required arthroscopic subacromial decompression in addition to open surgery to fix the rotator cuff.

Cory dont mess around get in now and get it checked out so comin openin day you may be ready...I hate to hear its hurtin you like that. on the lighter side I wonder if them 12 ounce curls you been doin is the cause. :roll: Take care C let me know what they find..
