Good job Woody! Nice deer too. It looks like you put one right into the toughest part of his shoulder. What kind of penetration did you get? Even at 40 yds., it doesn't look like the shoulder bone was any problem for your broadheads. What brand?

Hi Gary..

Are you on to any of those big Illinois bucks yet?

I caught a little bit of the bone going in. The arrow made a very loud SMACK when it hit him. The distance was 30 yards..

It was a complete pass through with the Wasp SST Hammers - 100 grains.

The furthest any deer has run that I have shot with the Wasps is 85 yards. This guy was out in 50 yards.

The arrow weighs a total of 426 grains.
