Another thing I can't figure out, is why both arrow setups hit the same spot, when they're supposed to be different weights.

I'm accurate out to 50 yards now with both setups. :) Problem fixed I would say.

Would a 125gr broadhead help the FOC of my Gold Tip's enough to make them fly better than they were before with the Thunderhead 100's?

Tye the hearvier heads would increase your FOC. Weither it would help with your accuracy, I could not say that it would or wouldn't.

I have ready this post and did not remember you saying that you did a spin test. IF the point of the head is not on the same axis as the arrow (center line of the arrow and head tip should be in a straight line) you will get a wondering arrow. I used to have a simular problem as this when I used heads that actually were soft shafted. The heads could be bent easily placing the tips out of line with the center of the arrow causing a flier. If I straightened them, they would fly great, but next shot could be crazy. This is why I always suggest the SPIN TEST to check for WOBBLES in the shaft (alinement of tip, as well as arrow straightness).

Sometimes the inserts in the arrow can be out of alinement, the threaded hole might not be correct and off kilter. This are the only suggestions I can give for now.

Good luck.

Tye,I couldn't help but notice that some of your bolts have flat nocks and the others have moon nocks.
Moon nocks are not recommended for Excal x-bows.
Do you think that may be part of your problem?
Bent shafts will also kill you when it comes to accuracy, especially with broadheads.
I would add a small washer behind the broadhead to increase your FOC to see if that helps, once you have ruled out the above.
