Well believe me I am no genius nor am I a teacher. From what Dr Micheal LaPointe taught me is that your body's biggest enemies are processed foods. Use real butter your body knows what to do with it the other processed stuff is ugly, almost plastic in chemical makeup. White,(not meaning meat), if the food is white avoid it. White bread, sugar etc simple starches break down fast and 20 minutes later you are hungry again. Ow yeah Venison is a great choice for protein that and wild caught fish especially trout and salmon.
Grilling, use the indirect method no fat dropping directly on the coals that's when the carcinogens are released, not sure on gas grills.
If at all possible eat at home and make the meals from scratch NO frozen dinners etc.

Agreed thorman75 . . .I saw the white thing on Oprah once. She was all bright-eyed when the doctor told her "white is bad and brown is good".
