I may not be able to make it on the 3rd, depending on the time. The wife made plans for me later in the day. If its earlier in the day i'm there!

Oxford Fish and Game to me is a place for family and fun. For those who want to bring their better halves and/or kids are more than welcome to. I had offered my wife up for some child care and it was quickly brought to my attention that she may want to shoot too. (Thanks Vix) :D .
My wife will come along, and shoot, that would mean I would be handing over my crossbow to her and taking the easy route, with one of those fancy wheeled vertical bows..

So, to add another dimension to this, better halves are welcome to join us, there is little chance we will see anybody but us out there and the whole club is at our disposal. Part of me can easily see us finishing up in the log cabin with a fire ripping away in the wood stove.

If there are wives who don't shoot, mine would be happy to bring them indoors while we walk the course, kids too, of course. My wife and 3 kids all have a membership there.

Am hoping for good weather.

I'm looking forward to meeting you all and I think the kids of all ages will have fun! Am especially happy to hear that there will be more gals out there shooting.

Since 3D is a "one-at-a-time" kind of shooting sharing equipment is easy. Should be no problem to have one bow for two people.

Great idea guys - I'm hoping this is the first of more such forum fun-shoots to come.

Sorry for the late reply. Put me down as a maybe too, as I might be in Hamilton visiting family and able to make the run out there for the day.
Take it easy.

Sorry been away from the forum and Schnarrfuss just shared the info about this tonight.

Count me in....Sounds like a great time and am always up to shooting the bow(s). May bring along the compound as well. Haven't shot it for a while.

And have to say that the forum looks much brighter with my new 22" flat screen monitor compliments of the better half...or was it Santa?
If the thrill of the hunt is lost, then I have lost.

If anyone needs directions to the club give me a shout, or I can post them here. Very easy to find.
