Nieghbors---some dont like deer hunters and i know you know that--so be careful how you mention and or make obvious that you harvest from the land---it can ruin a guys plans around his home ifn you have a nieghbor like mine who thinks anyone who kill a deer is a terrorist. My nieghbor actully thinks the deer stay on her 5 acres and never leave

I think I've struck oil! I told the farmer that own's the adjacent property that he could farm all of my land for free (the going rate is $30 per acre) and he said that when I come down to meet him he'd show me his crop rotation map as well as his properties and areas that I might want to hunt! Hehehehehehehe Nirvana! Next exclusive rights! Do I have enough time for this????? Timing, it's all about timing and I'm off a bit..............
