Sigh. . . . cant we just all get along

I come here to have fun, to be entertained and in some cases to do the same, to learn and discuss, if this company has a problem they as a rule solve it, if the company starts to change its way of dealing with its SUPPORTERS, and remember these supporters keep this company in business, then we have a right to move elsewhere, and there is an elsewhere when it comes to VERY good recurve bows....
but why bother arguing amongst ourselves ?
1: if Excalibur change for the worse it looses customers.
2: if people argue on this form like this thread, what incentive does that give a potential new owner and forum member to join?
3: the way I see it, if my bow fails I would call or email Excalibur and see how they respond before publicly slaying them, I have had a issue with my 380 and I sent an email, the next day I have item replaced in the post free of charge and I live in New Zealand!
I am super happy with this forum, meeting and talking with some very nice people and most here would bend over backwards to help us.
this is rare and a gem in the crap storm of the cyber world.
just saying.
