Does anyone know if these steps are still available, and if so, where?

Neat Idea,,,,defineately would serve the purpose in a variety of situations,,,maybe when I was younger and stronger,,,,for public land I like my Summitt,,or API sticks and a super lite portable,,,,anybody hear of the Tree Suit???I used that for many years and loved it,,,but alas,,,,part of the 60's crowd now and,I am fortunate now to be friends with generous people who have private land,,,,ladder stands all the way :D

For anyone who may be interested, I called Danny Miller today and he does have some of these units available. I just ordered one. He says that it comes with the carry bag, although not the same as the one shown in the video.

His number is - 740-483-2312

I think they are less than for $10.00 each step. Danny Miller was telling me about them and he sells them.
I looked at the youtube video it looks like a great system especially being able to put the step anywhere you ned to. I climb a lot of trees with lockon stands and this seems the way to go. Thanks Boo for the info I will probably be buying some of these.

Ladder in a bag :D Had these steps for many years. I use them a lot in conjunction with ladder sticks. They give me a secure hand hold and extra steps to assist in getting in and out of lock ons. Video floating around somewhere were he actually hangs a 4 wheeler off of one step with a pulley system.Image

I just got my steps in the mail today. Dan sure does get out in a hurry the product he sells.

It looks like a good system.

Well, I envy you Hi5, I asked to buy a set from Danny and he did not want to part with what he had and I can not get ahold of the maker and this was less than a week ago that this happened. Lucky indeed. I must not be on his A list. Bummer! :(
