Better yet is to attach a parachute deployable on impact. I had a double lung shot at 20 yards and that missile went to the next county 'cause I could not find it where I thought it should be. Then I looked inside the deer to see if it grabbed it but deer did not have proper fetch training.

I lost one a few weeks ago, heard the wack when the arrow hit (6pt 37 yards) but angle wasn't great. Never found deer, blood, or 20$ arrow...
