Yeah, the CVA Apex is too expensive for me too. Of course, the Micro bow i just got cost much more; but cheaper to shoot. I hunt with a Hunter in 7mm-08 or a Scout in 44 Mag. I prefer the Scout's underlever action and stainless steel build to the Hunter model. Smokeless muzzleloading is one thing I have not tried yet I might have to give it a look.

Smoke, you are hands down the absolute best deer hunter I've ever known, regardless of the weapon. My hat's off to you Mike, you set a mighty fine example for everyone else to follow.
