There Bear on the right was about 250 lbs.
The one on left was about 140 lbs.

Surgery tomorrow, two day rest, then going with the Wife to ACDC concert (on Scooter), then holidays with her for 8 days, then back up to Cottage for Bird hunt. May try a couple arrows on some Grouse! With Lumenoks on of course, I want my arrows back!!! :lol:
I think I already miss Bear Hunting! Wish we could get two tags in my area!!! 8)

Good luck and a speedy recovery with the surgery John. I want you in tip top shape next year because I don't know my back could stand up to tryin to catch you in the event of a fall. :shock: I'd much rather have ya healthy. :wink:

Pa recently had the same thing done, and he's right pleased with the way it has turned out.
Hoping the same for you too!

But... SCOOTER?? :shock:
Might be just a tad early for that Buddy!!

The scooter is only for the Concert! :lol:
No way I can walk that far or stand for hours right now. :shock:

The Surgery went well. Staff were good. And now physio therapy for a spell.
Don't worry Matt I am not ready for Scooter time!!!! :lol: I am still an avid Hunter, Teacher, and Mentor, as well active Father.!
My youngest one just left for Nipissing University. Finally the Wife and I have the House to ourselves!!! Been 26 years since we had house alone!!! :lol: :shock:

Now only 3 weeks to Bird Camp!!! :D

Now that right there is a successful bear hunt!! Way to go guys. Some good looking bears and some nice fish too. Well done. Hope the knee is doing well John. :)
