One of my favourite knives is the Puma White Hunter.

This thread got me thinking I need a small drop point for field dressing. Something not too expensive (so if I loose it I'm not going to miss any sleep), but a decent quality blade. Found this Puma on Ebay and just had to have one, so it's on order now.

I didn't think they even made Puma knives anymore. I've got one of those White Hunters. Used it on a deer once, or at least tried to. It was just to big and bulky. I think a big man with large hands could make it go, but I didn't have the strength in my wrists. Might be good on Cape Buffalo. :) Here are pics of mine. I've had it for years, but bought it used. When I saw it had a serial number on it, I figured it would be collectible sooner or later.

This one is a fairly new addition, but it has field dressed a couple deer.
What I really like is that I can open & close it with one hand - beats sticking the blade in the ground when you're elbow deep in deer innerds

Got the same knife, but with the wood in the handle, instead of the syntetic material, great knife, very easy to open and close with one hand
