Then I'd be without a bow..... NOT happenin.mikew wrote:I was thinking you needed moolah for your license.
If selling your Bowtech fetches decent $$, there's a good way to get some money relatively quickly that can then be used for a license.
THEN, it's easier to get a job & buy a new Bowtech if you still want one.
Just a thought & what I'd do if I were in your shoes.

Tye.............. buddy................. get your butt out of Ontario, and come West for any job you possibly want, the economy is boooooming to say the least.
Two years ago I was on this forum bragging about how Saskatchewan will be the next Alberta, well here it is.
Quoting an article from today's paper....
"By 2025, the U.S. will be importing about 70 per cent of its oil consumption of 28.3 million barrels per day, with Canada as its No. 1 supplier. Similarly, Chinese oil demand will rise to 14.2 million barrels per day by 2025, of which 10.7 million will be imported."
" Saskatchewan and Alberta represent a politically and economically stable area that has among the largest untapped oil resources in the world, roughly 1.6 trillion barrels of oil in place, largely in the oilsands."
Now why not be a part of that Tye?
Bird hunting and Big Game hunting is fantastic, some of the biggest bucks in the world. Elk, Moose, Whitetail, Mule Deer, Antelope, Bears and now Wild Roaming Boars, how do you beat that?
I'm not trying to be your dad, but geez, your a young guy with a long future ahead of you, think it over. Saskatoon is a University town with tons of beautiful women, SERIOUSLY.
Just something to chew on Tye. Have a great day.

He's right, Tye. Time moves FAST.bstout wrote: You're not going to be twenty something and in good health forever ... before you're too old! You better start making some hay!!
I was your age yesterday ... at least, it feels like it.
Today, I'm forty-two ... and time just keeps on rollin' ... I can see now that it'll be over all too soon, even if I live a "long" time.
Make the best of it. I have regrets, because I didn't.
My grandpa used to say "You can't put an old head on young shoulders" ... and he was right ... but I believe young heads can learn from old heads.
If they'll listen.
Glad to hear about your job. Sounds like you're listening.

Best of everything, buddy!
