SYLVAX, My dad hunted twice in his life. His father was injured in a hunting accident, not his fault. He never discouraged me from hunting. My best friend was 15 at the time I started hunting, I was 13. He let me shoot groundhogs with his rifle. I saved my grass cutting money and was going to buy a used singleshot 22 for 18 bucks. My dad said it only take alittle longer to go first class. so I waited. He bought me a Marlin 7 shot clip 22 for my 15th birthday. Sweet. My brother doesn't hunt so I've taken his son out every year since he was 10. He's a good kid. Top notch sportsman. End of story. If you get a chance take a kid out hunting, fishing, camping. they may never see the rewards but you will.
