really suprised that no one has done this before. instead of wearing a thick pair of long johns or sweats how about ladies panty hose they do work on a real cold an windy day and yo wont sweat to death with al that other stuff on.

I've done that before when I was in the Brit. army on manoeuvres walking across and over Snowdonia in Wales U.K. during winter storms.

I wasn't the only one wearing them. Sure did help. Nobody said anything about the others wearing them. They were more envious that we were warm.

Beside. We were carrying 7.62 SLR rifles.
