Well, I've never been charged by a sow before but I can tell you they still pucker things up pretty good!

I'll be putting the tusks on a plaque with a silver oak leaf or willow leaf. European style. I'll get the hide (minus the head and legs) dress tanned at the tannery.

We have been experimenting with recipes. Best luck has been with premixed Legg's sausage seasoning packets. 2/3rd Italian Sausage and 1/3rd Hot Pork Sausage.
