Seeking advice...

Post by deerdhunter »

Hi, I'm new to the forum and to crossbow hunting. From what I've read, Excalibur is the best. I need some advice:

If you had your choice between a new Exomag or an Exocet 200, and the Exocet is $48 more, which one would you choose?

For $48.00 cheaper, I'd go with the Exomag...

But the Exocet has the new camo and I believe the mag has the old camo... But I could be wrong, I have been known to be wrong now and then...

The reason for the cost difference is the Mag has been discontinued as of this year. The only difference is the length of the draw (1") and camo. Bothare 200 lb.

Do you think there will be any problem with warranty or parts with the Exomag, since it's discontinued?

Okay, thanks. The price for the Exomag is $394 and the scope package is $250. (U.S.) Is this a good deal, or should I look elsewhere?

Can't answer that for you. Not familiar with US$ prices.
