First Buck

Post by tkstae »

Got my first Archery kill last year with the help of my Exocet and all your help and advice. This morning I took my first Buck ever. Big 6 pointer. 18 in. at the widest point of the rack. He field dressed 172 lb. Felt like 500 dragging him out. Excalibur all the way. Pictures to follow in a few days. Tom

GREY OWL I can shoot two deer one being a Buck and two Turkeys on the Missouri archery tag. We can buy extra Doe tags depending on the area your hunting. Never had to worry about all that before I bought my Exocet. Tom

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!
Looking forward to seeing the pics, sounds like a nice buck! Still have a couple weeks to wait for season to open here, but it's been so hot & dry here in Ohio that I'm not really in the hunting mood yet anyway. I guess I need to hear a few more success stories, and see a few pics to get me fired up and ready to hunt
