I Just wanted to say Hi! And I am looking forward to chatting with all of you good people on this site. From what I've seen this is a "very informative" site , as I am a first year crossbow shooter/hunter. I have taken a lot of whitetails with my Hoyt, but due to shoulder injurys, I need to hunt with the crossbow. Really excited about it and deer hunting!!!

Welcome Dave!!!!!!
You should enjoy hunting with the crossbow, it isn't much differant than any other bow, just the way it's cocked & held. Still gotta get real close & hit 'em in the right spot

Welcome Deer Dave, always nice to have another Dave around.
After you get a few hunts under your belt and kills with your crossbow you'll see why the crossbow is so invaluable to us handycaped folks.
