Well first and for most I have to tell you I didn't use my ExoMag I just took those pictures for the web site. :( I was using a shotgun. He came runing through the woods heading for a corn field I was set up on and I had one hole through the thick brush at about 80 yards. I took my one shot and wasnt sure if I had hit him or not. I waited for the drivers to get to me. I went out to the edge of the corn field and walk to were I thought he came out. I seen no sign of a hit. I was very very discouraged. I turned around to find him dead in the corn field 5 yards away in a big mudd puddle!

Fred, great looking buck man. Congrats!! :D

Why no pictures with the shotty??

Although this is a crossbow enthusists forum, we definitely embrace all forms of hunting. Many lads on here use other forms of hunting gear.(ie. vert bows, rifles, shotguns, hand grenades, etc.)

Just kidding on that last one for legal purposes. I and Excalibur crossbows do not condone the use of hand grenades for the use of hunting. The use of hand grenades, rocket launchers and machine guns for deer hunting is stricktly prohibited.

That's a beauty Fred. Send a story about the hunt. People think that you have to come to Sask. or Alberta for big bucks, untrue, the Mid West States has some bruiser's.

There are some exceptional deer in North Central Ohio this year, both shot and waiting to be.
