I think Ch312 is probly write seems this crap is happening alot recently..as for the adult forum...it is ..and something to think about is this..if kids have axcess to the forum unregulated by mom and dad they can get to alot worse stuff than those two bird huntin beautys, However some parents like myself use parental controls to limit my kid from seeing something I dont want her to see..when she wants axcess to a website I am sent an email and Im requested to approve such sites. Im sure or I hope that if youngsters does visit this site or any adult forum the parents are aware and approve of it..SO if a young person has gone thru the right steps and got approval to see this forum or visit or be a memeber I would hate for a pic like the hinney twins be what gets them shut down from this great site for young hunters and I know everyone of you fellas agree.. I Totally agree that this forum is no place for nude shots of anykind unless its a skinned buck :D If a fella wants to see that stuff there is plenty places he can go to do it on the web..but I still liked it..
Dedicated.... ta all the sweet Bucks yet ta die!

I guess that last fix that Dude did (which everyone wanted and loved) has opened the door again to the spammers. I also see that they are trying to get very clever in their wording so people will reply to their post.

When we reply to a spammers post, this keeps the post at the top longer and is just what these spammers want.

Please lets let tme just fade away to the back pages.

Thanks you.

Hi All,

A couple of points on the spam situation, first of all spam is a plague on the entire internet, other forums are having the same problems we are and the forum software developers are working on a fix. AS previously addressed, don't click on any of these spam links, these scum bags can track you down.

I have been trying to delete these spammers on our membership list but it is time consuming and pretty involved to do. Our sign up area now requires the user to enter a matching code to sign up so I'm not completely sure how these guys get in so quickly, I'm suspecting some sort of worm.

I realize this forum is family oriented but, the internet in general is a scarey place for kids to go period. My advice for parents not wishing thier kids to come across offensive material on the internet is to use filtering software and supervision. Anyhow, I will continue to work on this. It was funny how we had no spam when the forum software was screwed up there for a while!

Peter I believe that all the users on this forum understand and respect the time and energy that you and other Excalibur personal put in to keep this forum running smoothly.

THis thread wa started to remind the members on here that it is our responsibility to help maintain the class of this site. It is a very simple task for the members to let the spammers fail and fall from the front page (out of site, out of mind). Generally speaking we have been doing a good job, but sometimes frustration wins out  .

Again thank you for your hard and time consumming work.

And sorry to say but all the spammer has too do is BUMP or TT or reply to their own post. I have some soft ware running now, but it takes time to chase from proxy to proxy to track them down. It seems to be working and I have warned and reported a few of the SEX posters but the RX stuff is just spam nothing to be upset about. Not worth the time to track down.
Always learning!!
