LOL! Unless you're one of the "3 Stooges" on another forum. Then it would be the inevitable future of the evil xbow. Not too long ago I saw an older xbow on Ebay that was a repeater or had a storage area for bolts and loaded one when you cocked it.

I simpy stated that this idea had been around since the 4th century in China..

Woody they come up with a load of crap over there - the 3 Stooges that is.
Glad they changed the format to stop their compulsive anti-xbow posting. Nice to breath fresh air instead of BS.

this idea had been around since the 4th century in China..
they had BIG ones in the roman army when they were fighting in england also

Gil Fry created this bow and it works great. I shot it. Gil was considered the father of the modren crossbow and lived in my area till he died about 8 years ago. Great man.

George Stevens manufactured a repeating crossbow for a couple of years. I shot it Gil Frey's basement. Only about 40 lb. pull. It worked like a pump shotgun. Pretty cool for plinking in the backyard or basement.
