Arizona E-Z Fletch

Post by diesel »

Can anyone help. I got an Arizona E-Z Fletch tool for Christmas as a gift.
I cannot find anywhere one the package or the tool what degree of helix it is.
Are they color coded to tell if they are 4 , 6 , or 8 degree. The only thing I see on it is alum right. it has 2 green and one tan and the package says Arizona E-Z Fletch Pro .

Thanks

Diesel,if you look closely at one of the green arms, you will see in raised letters the fletch angle of the model that you have.
The letters start right at the base of the arm, going towards the tip.
Mine clearly says 4 degree offset, which is the preferred angle for our bows.

Thanks for your help guys. I gave up looking and just called. They told me it was not marked anywhere, but what I have is a 6 degree right. I guess you just got to know.
Thanks again for all your help.

I dont know for sure but I think the larger diameter carbons will not work in the fletcher you descibed...will they ?
Or are you doing strictly aluminum shafts ?

I'm new to this also. But it is my understanding that this one can be used on arrows 2013 to 2514 and can be carbon or aluminum. I've only repaired about two arrows so far and have not shot any of them yet.
Sorry but I hate cold weather. That is the second reason I started using a crossbow to hunt deer.

I vounder how he knows what ya got :?: I do have a couple that are not marked on the unit but were on the package.

6deg. should work fine but check it out for rail rub, being off set it should be fine. I like'em but they sure don't keep their web site up todate

The ST1, is a straight fletch 1 degree
The ST4, is a straight fletch 4 degree
The RT1, is a right wing fletch 8 degree
The LT1, is a left wing fletch 8 degree
and the carbon E-Z fletch, is for small dia. carbon shafts with a straight 1 degree or 6 degree offset fletch. From what I gather, interchangable arms are available for an e-z fletch if you may all ready have one. But don quote me on this. I may be wrong. Butcher

I use the one for aluminums. it will fletch from 20 to 25 64th's and the ones that come with the bow in the right stuff package are 22/64th's.

Yep ya can fer sure, 1 deg. shoots fine. However if you went too a large BH or two blade (Bear) you might want more off set. Do a couple and see if you like the way the fly, if not order a different set of arms.
