Turkey pictures.....

Post by patmax »

These turkeys have been coming into my property for the past 3 weeks. The flock is beginning to breakup now, but originally there were 40+ birds together. In these pictures they are cleaning up corn I have been feeding my Mouflon sheep and whitetail deer. I've added some milo (maize) to the corn I spread for the deer to encourage the turkeys to stay close.

Great pics!
Wish they were always so easy to get close to!
Saw a longbeard today with a beard that was almost dragging on the ground! He was headed for the nature preserve that borders the farm I hunt. Must be getting ready for season to open :(
