Sad News

Post by Maritimer »

I just found out that my moose hunting partner passed away last night after a long battle with cancer. When he was first diagnosed the doctors only gave him a few months to live. Even though he was sick he ended up coming moose hunting with me that year, and for 6 more years after that I had the honor to hunt with him. He will be truly missed at the hunting camp but I know when I am out moose hunting he will be there with me.

Thanks guys, I will be talking to his 19 year old son this weekend, I am going to see if he wants to come hunting moose with me this fall for I would like to continue what his father started, hunting and enjoying the outdoors.
